Quality Policy
At EMESA we are aware that our growth and competitiveness closely depend on our clients’ level of satisfaction with our products and services. For this reason it sets out and documents this Quality Policy as a model in carrying out its activities and a reference point for its Quality Management System.
Through this Policy we commit ourselves to:
- Place our client at the heart of our business and carry his voice to each of the processes that shape it.
- Develop, implement and maintain a Quality management System relevant to our Organisation, in compliance with the principles established in Regulation UNE EN ISO 9001:2000 and in this Policy, adopting measures that permit its effectiveness to be constantly improved.
- Carry out the requirements applicable to the products and services provided, as called for by legal established regulations and the specifications of the clients for these products and services, respecting the agreements reached with said clients and taking into consideration their expectations.
- Optimize the management of the processes and methodologies of the work, information, supplies, resources and abilities and internal and external relations, brought into play in the carrying out of our activities.
- Establish and monitor objectives coherent with this Policy, in conformity with the abilities of our Organisation, ensuring that they contribute to improving the quality of our products and services and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System implemented.
- Periodically review this policy to maintain its alignment with the vision and strategic objectives of management, with the regulation in force, with the needs detected at every moment in the social and natural market environment in which we carry out our activities and with the Corporate Quality Policy established by the Senior Management of the Company.
EMESA Management guarantees the implementation of the necessary measures to bring this Quality Policy to the attention of all the members of the organisation and get their commitment to it and that it is at the disposition of any interested party.
As head of the implemented Quality Management System, this Management approves the present Quality Policy, and confers the necessary authority to achieve its development and application in our Organisation on the head of Quality and Environment of EMESA, as its representative.
